<p>Technical skills: Managers should have fundamental knowledge about their jobs, the company and about the nuances that prevail in the industry. They should also possess some sort of technical knowledge as well in order to cope up with the situation.</p>
<p>Interpersonal skills: Managers should be jovial yet should not forget to ascertain their value. The way they exhibit their character makes a great difference in the minds of the employees. The ability to motivate people will demand their respect and in turn will result in mutual benefits for both managers and employees at all levels. They should lend their ears to what employees have to say. This will reduce the distance between manager’s and staffs. Today’s business is very vibrant and all managers hold critical responsibility for communication, It is always very important to keep the employees informed about the crucial decisions taken at the managerial level.</p>
<p>Conceptual skills: Managers who have futuristic approach, who can foresee things already possess these conceptual skills. It is the ability of perceiving an issue from all possible angles and must able to breakdown the problem to solvable chunks. In short, managers should display out of box thinking at times in the best interest of developing business.</p>
